No Win, No Fee
For eligible personal injury matters, KMB Legal
may act on a no win, no fee basis.
A No Win, No Fee arrangement means that you do not pay KMB Legal's professional legal fees for pursuing your compensation claim unless your claim is successful.
If your claim is successful, our professional fees are payable in accordance with the costs agreement you enter into with us. We will explain how our fees are calculated before you decide to proceed.
There may also be disbursements and other expenses involved in bringing a claim, such as medical reports, expert evidence and the cost of obtaining records. How these expenses are dealt with will also be explained to you before your claim proceeds.
If your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be required to pay KMB Legal's professional fees for work covered by the No Win, No Fee arrangement, subject to the terms of your costs agreement.
